This ZX sail has long been touted as Northwave’s “most powerful” bump and jump sail. The ZX has a lower and deeper draft that will get larger sailors up and planing quickly. This is probably where it gets it’s powerful reputation. However, the ZX is also a very stable sail and luffs easily, one of the across-the-board Northwave characteristics. Some sailors love the ZX for foiling. This may have to do with the lower draft and deeper profile between the mast base and clew, providing a responsive, stable feel when elevated off the water.
Mast not included only used a couple of times near perfect condition.
