We ship via Fed Ex and USPS. Tracking information is always sent to your email address. Please check any spam filters as it may end up there.
If you need a package overnighted or expedited let us know. Please notify us prior to payment so we can invoice you for the additional charges.
International buyers are responsible for all tariffs, duties, taxes, fees and Vats. Customs forms will be completed in accordance with US law.
We can only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses.
If paying by Paypal, please do not send payment until your Paypal address is confirmed.
You are more then welcome to save on shipping and pick your items up at our facility during business hours M-F 9-4. Please contact us for directions.
We will combine shipping for multiple purchases.

Payment is expected within 5 days of auction's close or Buy It Now.

Wire transfers are accepted, please contact us for more information if you would like to pay via wire transfer.
Cash for pick ups at our location is OK, but please have exact cash on hand.
Return policy
If an item is received by you as not working, damaged from transit, not as described, etc. please contact us immediately.
Returned items must be approved and must accompany the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) we provide.
If an item is defective a replacement will be shipped when the defective item is received back to us.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be granted when the defective item is received back to us.
