+All items are shipped in new boxes with cardboard filler pads for protection.
+ We usually ship within 3-5 business days (we are closed on weekends) from "payment received" date. If you need your order to ship faster, contact us about Rush Priority Mail shipping options.
+If you have any special shipping requests, please let us know upon paying for your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. You must provide your shipping requests with every order you place. Otherswise, we will ship how we feel it should be shipped. We are not mind readers and process hundreds of orders a day. There is no way we can remember every shipping detail.
+Due to our volume of business, all orders with missing items will be refunded and the order will be shipped as is. If you would like us to handle your order in a different manor than this, you must contact us within your order before we ship.

*For in-store pickups, please place your order and message us immediately. We will message you back telling you when your order is ready to pick up. Orders placed on the weekend cannot be picked up until at least Monday. (In-store pickups must also pay PA sales tax).

*Unfortunately, we do not ship to South Africa unless the buyer takes full responsibility for the shipment. We have lost many packages in the past.
*Austria - Please note that USPS does not offer tracking to Austria. They do provide a tracking number but it not be traceable through USPS.
