I have collected 3D photo memorabilia for 30+ years and it's time that I let some of my prized collectibles go.
This is the very rare First Edition hardcover book with gilt-lettered brown cloth boards. It was published in 1909 by
Underwood & Underwood in New York, and accompanied the 'Jerusalem' Stereoview card set that they produced as well
as the set that Keystone produced of the same name. It measures about 7-1/2 x 5 inches, has 92 pages with 1 fold-out
Palestine tour map entitled 'Modern Jerusalem'.  It also has an additional 7 pages of advertisements in the back portion of
the book which lists many of the stereoview sets of cards that were available at that time, and how many cards were in
each set. It contains very useful information for anyone who collects stereocards and not just those who have the
Jerusalem card set.
The more popular Underwood & Underwood's stereoscope tour set, "Traveling through the Holy Land" was also in print at
this same time. Many of these cards in this set are part of that larger more popular set, but I believe there is 8 cards /
which are unique to this Jerusalem set. I don't have the set...just this book so can't check to make sure. Each of the cards
in the 35 card set has a short description within the book of the sites depicted in each picture. This book is a lot harder to
find that the 'Traveling Through the Holy Land' book.
Condition:
Excellent condition! All pages are present. The binding is solid and tight. No pages have any writing, underlining, highlighting rips or tears. The covers look near perfect as shown in my photos. The complete map is included inside the front cover. Please see my photos and email with any questions!
