This is the very rare book published in the year 1904 by Underwood & Underwood that accompanied the Washington DC Stereoview card set that they produced as well as the Washington DC set that Keystone produced. This is a very complete 176 pages!  It gives an average of more than a 4 page description and explanation of every card in the Washington DC set plus explantions / descriptions of the 6 card set of "In the Environs of  Washington", plus the book is fully indexed! In addition to the 176 pages, the back it also lists off several pages of the stereoview sets of cards that were available at that time, how many cards were in each set and their prices which is not usual for these books. It contains very useful information for anyone who collects stereocards and not just those who have the Washington DC set of cards.
This listing does not includes the map booklet but there is a pocket on the back cover where it originally was kept.
Condition:
Excellent condition! All pages are present. The binding is solid and tight. No pages have any writing, underlining, highlighting rips, tears, but there is a few dog-eared pages as shown in my photos.
